The lobby of this grand old concert hall had deteriorated, especially its unique marble mosaic floor. In the auditorium itself, the seats showed decades of wear, and the lightning and stage equipment were outdated. We restored these public spaces, as well as some administrative offices, to their former richness. The lobby's vaults were repaired, new chandeliers designed, kiosks installed, and the box offices and marble mosaic floors restored. New seats and carpets were installed, walls restored, and stage equipment improved and supplemented. Lighting was replaced and new fixtures added. The building was successfully updated without detracting from its turn of the century character.
